60-day hassle free returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase our hassle free policy allows you to return ‘as new’ (unused, unmarked and in the original packaging) products within 60 days of receiving your order.
When returning the product please ensure it is well packaged and protected during transit.
Once we have received your return we will refund the cost of the item to the original payment method. Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Digital gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please read the product descriptions carefully before you buy something. A decrease in returns leads to a decrease in pollution and a happier world to live in.
How to return an item
In order to organise your return, please first contact us on support@volleyverse.com, providing the following information:
- The name & email the order was made under
- Your order number
- If you feel so inclined, a reason why you are returning the item(s). No pressure but we love to understand so we can better serve you in future.
We’ll then organise for you to return the item, hassle free and if you are in the EU we’ll even cover your postage fees as well.
Received a faulty item?
We’re sorry to hear that your product has arrived damaged – let’s get it sorted for you as quickly as possible. Please send the following information to support@volleyverse.com:
- The name & email the order was made under
- Your order number
- An description of the fault with photos and/or video
Within 48 hours of receiving your claim we will either contact you to investigate further or post you a replacement. We will also provide you instructions on how to return the faulty item, at no cost to yourself.
If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement please indicate so on your initial email.
